Hi, just checking to see if there has been any updates since the medical was approved on Mar 28, 2021? Just wanted to know because I will be applying for my parents' Supervisa soon from Pakistan, and wanted to roughly gauge the time period. Thanks.
It is a good timeframe given the fact that on the Processing Times webpage for India is currently showing over 300 days. I am wondering if the actual amount of time to process application for Super Visa is less than what it usually says on the Processing Time webpage. Please advise. Thank you.

I am a PR and filed the Supervisa application on behalf of my parents on July 1st; they reside in Kuwait. My timeline is:
July 1st- application filed and received confirmation of submission
July 1st- Received Biometrics request
July 2nd- Biometrics completed and status updated on the application
Awaiting medical request.

I' am applying for super visa on behalf of my in-law parents who are residing in India. I have couple of questions for my application.
Request help from experts.
1. Do we need to fill form IMM 5409 - "Statutory Declaration of Common-law union"
2. I' am a co-signer for the application as my wife is unemployed - Do we need a separate invitation letter from co-signer or can me and wife sign a single invitation letter stating that I will bear the expenses.
3. What should be filled in section 7 of form IMM 5476 - "Use of a Representative".

Just a quick question for Photographs. I' am opting for an online application instead of paper application. So, for the photographs can I just upload digital copy of the photo or I have to re-scan the paper photographs??
Do we also need to scan the back side of the photograph with name and DOB?

I'm was going to apply supervise for my parents and signed up online account but it's taking me back to the Canada home page when I click continue. Then I have to select English or french which takes me back to the IRRC website.

Background:
1. My brother who is a PR holder is planning to apply for super visa for parents.
2. My parents are Indian passport holder but reside in UAE from couple decades
3. I am Non resident canadian citizen who is now a resident of USA.
Plan:
my brother wants to apply for supervisa for parents, but my parents recently lost job in UAE and i want to bring them to USA meanwhile with me. Plan is that i can ask them to visit and stay with me on visitor visa in USA, meanwhile we apply for their super visa online.
Question:
1. can my parents apply from USA while they are on visit or they have to be in Dubai?
2. Can we start the super visa application and then they travel to USA to visit me, meanwhile application in process?

The fees got deducted, and even the documents got transmitted to IRCC (when I click on continue application), but the application is still showing in the "Not submitted" table. It did not move to the "Submitted" section. I received an email saying you have new message in your account but nothing shows up in the account. I raised several web forms where they say they received the application but it doesn't show me any status. I also raised technical issues but getting the same copy paste response that we have a backlog and only looking at urgent applications. Has anyone else faced the same issue? I tried contacting the local Visa Office too with this technical glitch but they seem to have no clue either.

My parent got a refusal letter from the UK a couple of years ago, but no stamp on the passport. Should I even mention it?
