Super Visa 2021

Good day. Applied for Supervisa on 26 May 2021 and did Biometrics a few days after. Since then no update. I requested GCMS. Has anyone come across this or know what does it mean "Internal application error"? Who must I reach out to? or what additional queries should I make?
What are you folks doing alternatively?

Try to clear cache and history from your browser. And use chrome for a better experience. Should work.

Yes, I received medical instruction from IRCC. We received medical on 13th October and done on 22 Oct

I think its worth a shot! But since yours is an older application, might be better to get the documents updated with latest date? Sorry to hear about your situuation and hope you get to meet your mom soon.

Ok will try. Does this get automatically cancelled? How do we refer our biometric to the new application? Why do they have two systems now? Any idea? meaning why they have GCKey and IRCC portal?

My parents have been waiting since March 2021 so I was wondering if I should apply for GCMS notes too. Could you please let me know what the process is for that? Thank you!

I wrote a letter from father's side very similar to Invitation letter (I mean the story) I am going to spend time with my son and his family. I have not met my grandkids since past so many years. We used to visit on a yearly basis, my daughter lives in so and so country she visits me each her with her family but I haven't got the chance to meet my son after he moved to Canada and Covid hit. I have seen some parts of the country on the videos that my son shares but I would love to see these places in person with them. Also mention that I have no intention of staying longer than 2 years and I will leave the country when the visa expires.

Raised 3 Webforms until now but standard response. Any suggestions or if anyone still waiting from that long. Should we go over for Medical and update through webform? Please advise.

Hi. My parents applied in March 2021 and got biometrics done in Aug. we did medical upfront in Sept and updated it via webform. You could do the same , if you want. Still waiting for next step though.
