I am CEC inland applicant. I received my AOR very next day after submitting my documents. I received an ITA in June but i applied for BOWP in April because my PGWP was expiring at that time. Luckily they didn't touch my file till I sent AOR to them. Apply for BOWP before your PGWP expires (around 1 week before )and send AOR to them via web form if you don't receive it in time.
AR (Application Received) : 16 July 2020
AOR (Application Of Receipt) : 17 July 2020
No, I am CEC (Canadian experience class) express entry applicant and I am in Canada (Inland). My file would process in Canada only
