Hello everyone, I sent a web form last week (Thursday, November 22) and they got back to me today. The reply is very generic, saying that they will forward the information I sent to the responsible office. Not sure exactly what it means since the web form was pretty much created requesting an update to my application and informing it is very delayed. Has anyone experienced this type of reply? does it still mean they will now update my application in 3 business days?

Instead of web form, please call them. then you will get immediate response.

Pls call them
You need to call +1 888 242 2100. Please try to call them between 1 to 4 PM. You need to try 4-5 times then only it will connect and also once you are in que, it will take 30 min to transfer your call to a representative.

web form wont help much. Please try to call them. they will replay back to web form after 2-3 weeks.
They replied me within 2 business day. I spent the afternoon trying to call them, but I had no success! =/
I tried more than 10 times, and every time the machine said they were too busy to send me to the queue.

Any pieces of advice?

Instead of trying 11130 options.. please try 330 options. You can connect in 3rd or 4th attempt. For me also 11130 took around 10 attempts to connect. Then I started using other options

Try call at 8.00am or between 1 to 4pm.

What is this 330 option I didn't get you pls explain me and can give me the number
 
Number is +1 888 242 2100. Once you call, it takes you through automated options. Their you need to select 3 then 3 then 0 as option
