Hello everyone,

I'm really confused and need help!

I've opened my express entry application 6 months ago and my overall point was 392. To improve my overall point, I sat for IELTS exam 2.5 weeks ago and received a much higher total score (over CLB 9). I've added my new score to the system two nights ago, but surprisingly my overall point didn't change!!

I've decided to withdraw my application and reopen another one to fix the issue. As soon as I clicked the withdrawal button my overall score changed 464!! But the application was already withdrawn.

Now I've tried 2 times (first time immediately and second time after 36 hours) to open a new application but after filling the forms and submitting my application the system says that I'm not eligible to apply!!!!!!!!!

I've talked to CIC and been told that this is a system glitch and I have to contact the technical team, which I've already did and are waiting for their reply, but based on my experience with their technical team I most probably will get an unrelated reply from them!!

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any suggestions?

Thanks.
Start with eligibility calculator and then use this id in EE profile creation

What exactly is your education. And if it is international, do you have ECA assessment done for it?

Hi

I am going for WES to get ECA, I have done my Graduation, Post Graduation and Masters from difference Universities. My query is as per the WES Doc Guidelines, I am to provide;

1. Degree Certificate
2. Transcripts in sealed envelops as per the specifications given.

Please advice is it must to get the Degree to be in the sealed envelope too. I don't think so as that's not specified in the WES guidelines anywhere.

Looking forward to reliable response.

Thanks in advance
Toshi
You can ask University Staff to put degree certificate along with transcripts.

someone has said that all provinces are paused until they requires a valid job offer..or they will check profile in pool??
They are almost always on hold but opens up for a brief period and you have to be ready to apply to them as soon as they open.

Step1--evaluate which province fits for you or vice-versa.
Step2--Keep all the forms or data ready and wait for them to open.
Step3--Keep visiting respective province's site(in some cases daily) to see when they are opening.
Step4--As soon as any of them is open and you meet the requirement use the already collected information in step 2 to apply.

If you have enough score for ITA without PNP, you don't need to stick to any province.

Hello Experts,

this thread is so wonderful with so much information in it. Im glad to see so many people out there helping us.

I have got a basic understanding of PNP and EE etc. However, in a few threads, i saw members suggesting to keep an eye on provinces as to when they open the NOC list. My question is, will we have to wait for the province to open an NOC to be able to apply for PNP?

Assuming i create an EE profile and apply for PNP to say Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan and PEI; and considering their processing times to be 4-6 weeks, will i not have a good chance to get the 600 points when the NOC opens?

Or will they only accept applications when the NOC is opened up?

Thanks for your replies.

This is similar to applying for a job, unless a company has vacancies they will no open new hiring.
Unless Provinces say they are accepting, you can't apply. Selecting a province in EE is not equivalent to applying PNP.

Kamy, Bro.

Thank you very much. That was very quick of you to respond. I am now clear with the basics and hopefully will be able to make a plan to apply. My only issue now is to figure out the NOC code.

one more question. How will the PNP verify if the NOC code i have selected matches my profile. Will i need letters from my employers (current and previous) with role and responsibilities defined?

Nishant.

It's a candidate's responsibility to determine what NOC they are associated with, for this you should see tasks under which code matches with your tasks and put them on paper and get it printed and signed by employer
http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/home.aspx

There is an email where you can send your tasks and ask they opinion( In my opinion there answers are way fff and don't reply completely on them).

NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca

Yes, you need it from employers for which you are claiming points.
