Summar/Spring 2017 intake University of Regina

Hello ,

I have applied for Summer/Spring 2017 intake for MSc Computer Science Course.

Deadline for the intake was Nov 30.

After 3 months
Application Status:Complete; Ready for review
Decisionending Dept/Faculty Selection

Did anyone else is facing the same problem? I mean it is taking really long.

My Profile
BSc Computer Science and Engineering CGPA : 3.21/4
IELTS : 7
With More than 2 year job experience .

Have they sent you any portal to use? Or official email address?

Looks like your application is complete... you have to select the faculty and department. I think the action from your side is pending. You must call them asap!

But I have sent all my requirement document's scan copy via Email and the portal status of these documents are showing that they were received and also showing date in which they were received.

After submitted all of my documents the portal status were : "Hold documents for the next Intake"
and After the last date of the submission which was November 30, its showing
Application Status: Complete; Ready for review
Decision: Pending Dept/Faculty Selection.

Didn't I already choose my faculty and department when I applied?

Campus: U of R
Major and Department: Computer Science, Computer Science

Because the portal is also showing these above information.

Right now, my application status is Pending department/Faculty selection.
I got this change in status around 3 or 4 April.
Can you tell me smahin you got any change in status in your application?
Or anyone else having the same status or else got admission please reply in how much time you received the admission.

I have applied for M.Eng Coop in Petroleum Systems Engineering for Fall 2017 as a Canadian Applicant. My status is also pending/dept faculty selection. My details are as below;

B. Tech in Mechanical Engg from N.I.T Jalandhar in 2007 with 6.83 CGPA

IELTS Overall 8.0 (L-8, R-8.5, S-7.5, W-7.0)

How much time generally It would take to change the status from "Pending department/Faculty selection" to selection ?
