I am going to begin with my Express Entry Profile but I have certain doubts about the NOC codes for my jobs.
I am a Mechanical Engineer by qualification (Bachelors in Engineering). My work experience is as follows :
1. Deputy Manager-Mechanical - 13 Months
• Maintain all production and related equipment in perfect operating condition through preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure constant availability for the production process.
• Re-design, re-evaluate, and install, mechanical products, equipment and processes to meet requirements, by applying knowledge of engineering principles.
• Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation, and thereby make recommendations to maintenance crew.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs and administer tool maintenance, general stores and all equipment maintenance related activities.
• Ensure requisite level of inventory by comprehending the lead time and urgency of requirement of various equipment.
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out according to the SOP and all SHEQ policies & standards are adhered to.
• Work on SAP-PM module to ensure optimum utilization of material resources and schedule planned maintenance in accordance with prior failures and non-conformities as well as plan for all small and big stoppages.
• Accountable for effective manpower planning before daily shift tasks and planned maintenance activities so as to optimize the available human resources.
2. Plant Coordinator - 10 months
• Looking after fleet of heavy lift equipment and heavy transport equipment comprising of cranes (25ton-100ton), hiab trucks, concrete mixers, heavy trailers.
• Ensuring safe working condition of the equipment through proper planning of preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to overlook breakdowns and effectively reduce downtime of equipment through prompt response to breakdowns and regular servicing.
• Achieving profit targets through cost control and enhancing equipment reliability.
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports, invoicing and man power management.
• Providing technical details of product to the client and coordinating with the client for pre & post hiring related services.
• Identifying current and future customer requirements.
3. Assistant Plant Supervisor - 18 months
• Assisting in supervision of staff, tradesman and labourers in regards to maintenance and repairs to various plant & equipment.
• Ensuring that all kind of repairs, maintenance and services are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Assisting to ensure that all the plant & equipment are in a safe working condition.
• Reviewing and approval of parts and spares being ordered.
• Communication assistance with site and operations in regards to breakdown, status reports and requirements, etc.
• Preparing daily breakdown reports and tracking the status for repair work.
• Daily allocation of work to tradesman and labourers.
• Planning and scheduling of major preventive maintenance jobs.
• Ensure that all SHEQ policies are adhered to.
