hi friends.....

I am an Indian, currently living in Manchester, United Kingdom. M staying in UK since last 2 years on work permit and come under skilled worker category.

I am looking forward to immigrate to Canada.

I recently got married and my wife (an Indian) is currently residing in Canada on study permit since September 2011 (valid till August 2013).

I am eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit (Under Spouse Visa) as well as for Permanent Residency (PR) by reaching the required points.

I want to choose the fastest process between the above two.

If you could guide me properly and suggest me the best option given for my situation, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

Good you have a choice, however both are same.

But I feel that go, initially, for WP and then apply for PR coz PR will take longer than WP.
