Thanks for quick response on my other posts. I have few more queries.
Actually, the background is I got married in 2014 March and got my visa in Dec 2014 and I landed in March 2015. My husband is a Canadian citizen. but they ill-treated me and I was in abusive environment his family use to always abuse me. Somehow I managed to come back to my home country. I came back in Aug 2015 so I stayed thr only for 4-5 Months. From that time onwards I am in my home country only.
My PR is conditional PR, I and my husband is not yet divorced, and he haven’t reported that we are living separate to CIC. they have all my valuable stuff with them which they are not returning. And I just have PR which is valid till April 2020.

I am working here in my home country, I am not from very well-to-do family, I really want to come back to Canada in search of good Job and the good career. So I have decided to go to Ottawa as it is not so expensive compared to Toronto and Vancouver.

Questions for you:
1. Am I safe to go to Ottawa and work ??
2. Immigration people will not stop me at airport and send me back on same day I landed thr??
2. If I go and meet lawyer and tell him/her about my condition will they be able to help me in saving my PR or I have to straight away come back.
3. I am little scared will my husband and his family will know my location and will they be able to harm me??

Yes you can return and find work

2. Immigration people will not stop me at airport and send me back on same day I landed thr??
No they won't but they may report you for not being in compliance of Condition 51. That may result in IRCC investigating and starting revocation proceedings.

2. If I go and meet lawyer and tell him/her about my condition will they be able to help me in saving my PR or I have to straight away come back.
If you are reported on arrival, get a lawyer....not a consultant.

3. I am little scared will my husband and his family will know my location and will they be able to harm me??
They will only find out if someone you know tells them where you are. It's a big country! If IRCC does start an investigation, make sure you inform them of you r fears of your husband and his family.

I am very scared, What all you suggest should I take this risk of going? or should I be in my home country and leave my everything with them.
Because they are kind of people who will never change.
I dont have any hopes on my inlaws but i do had hopes from my husband but now I am living all alone from past almost 2 yrs.
Dont know whats right whats wrong, I am not atall wrong still i am going thru all this.
Marriage is big thing for every girl but it became the worst thing of my life.
I cant trust anything. Anyways thanks for the reply!!

If returning to recover your "things" is what you plan to do, you're making it easy for your 4th question to become a reality. Why would you want to contact him for your stuff? Makes no sense if you're scared. As far as what to do, that's a decision only you can make. You will need to assess the risks and the benefits. Never an easy choice.

Are you absolutely sure your husband never reported the breakdown in relationship and that you no longer live together, to CIC? If he didn't report anything, then in March 2017 (so next month on the same day you landed), the "Conditional" part of your PR status will simply disappear. So it will be much safer if you return to Canada after this date has passed. Then you will have full PR status with no conditions, and nothing anyone can do can ever take that away (it will just be up to you to maintain your residency obligation). CBSA officer at airport immigration will not be able to report anything after the 2 years are over. Also your husband nor his family would be able to do anything. In this case there would be no need at all to hire an immigration lawyer. However a divorce lawyer is something you may want to consider.

If you are a victim of abuse or neglect, you do not have to remain in an abusive situation. It does not matter whether the conditional permanent residence measure applies to you. In Canada, abuse is not tolerated. All physical and sexual abuse is a crime. All child abuse must be reported.

...

You do not have to stay in the relationship to keep your status in Canada if you are being abused or neglected.

If you are affected by the conditional permanent residence measure, you can request an exception.

If you are not affected by the conditional permanent residence measure, you should remember that in Canada, abuse is not tolerated. You do not have to remain in an abusive situation. This brochure provides information you can use to get help.
Read the page I linked to. You can appeal for an exception. If you can document the abuse, they can remove Condition 51.

Otherwise, if the relationship has broken down, you can lose your Permanent Residency, if they find out.
