suggestions needed regarding studies

hy there ,,,,,,, i m an international student i started my college in january 2012 and i have studied for 1 semester. then i transfered my college frm centenial to sheridan for september 2012 session. now i need to transfer my course because i need a course which is relevant to my previous studies but now the problem is the course in which i wanna enroll is full. so my question is dat if dont get my desired course in september session can i start my studies in january 2013 because i dont wanna waste my fee in any other course ?
1 more thing if i start my studies in january 2013 will it have any effect on my case when i ll apply for work permit after my study completion ?

Have you asked the dean of your faculty/program for permission or a waiver to register eventhough it's full? Have you put your name on the waitlist for the course? Have you discussed it with the international student office?

Is the course offered at Centennial? If so, why not return there?

These are some options to consider before skipoing school for a whole semester. More importantly, what will you be doing for 4 months out of school?

the course i want to do is electromechanical engineering , i changed my college from centennial to sheridan in may 2012 but i took seat in technological fundamentals in a rush because deadline for withdrawing from centennial was very close at that time.
Now when i need to change my course to electromechanical engineering college staff says that seats are full in the same for september session so now i will take that course in january session ,
In the meantime i may go to India or just remain idle in here canada ,
The thing i wanna know is that will all this have an effect on my case when i apply for PGWP after completion of my studies and also when i will apply for PR ??
