Suggestions for Second Masters: VIP Members Please

Hi, I am looking for suggestions I have had applied for study visa application in 2020-2021 in Masters program and got AIP (approval in principle) however after few days got refusal. Being disheartened neither reapplied or ordered gcms however went to the UK for degree which got completed in research and now want to pursue second Masters course based for Clinical Sciences.
To my knowledge, came to know cases of refusal despite AIP that time and upon raising webform to reconsider got PPR.
I have applied for GCMS to know what went wrong however need suggestions is it wise to apply for second Masters or keep on searching for PhD?

Hello Mate, This is Vid. I am in a similar situation and I want to do another MSc program in Canada. I already have a similar MSc program, but with another minor, and it was at the time of COVID. I want to know if it's ok to apply for the second MSc. Any advice is hugely appreciated.
