suggestion on enquiry for online application??

Can any suggest me whether it is okay to send case specific enquiry for the online application. It has already been 3 weeks after the medical was updated as passed. So, is it okay to send coz the processiing time is normally 3 weeks and we can make an enquiry after the processing time exceeds???

okay thanx for your suggestion.........do you have any idea what is the normal processing time for the online applicaiton?? is it same as the paper-based.............also when we apply online,where does the application go? is it processed in new delhi or canada itself???

I think it is processed in delhi.. normal processing time is 15 working days dnt count saturdy sundy & holidays.. can u tell when u hv applied ur visa
