I am student from india , see My profile and give suggestion

B.tech Mechanical Engineering(2015)
CGPA-8.3/10
no backlogs
ielts 7.0 no band less 6.0
no work experience
I applied to following

Uni Mantoba (Meng ) -- no reply 3 months
Uni Saskat(Meng)---- no reply
Uni Alberta(Msc)--- no reply
I got offer for Fanshwae practical elements in mechanical engineering 1 year course

suggest me to go to fanshwae or again apply for universites

But above university need supervisor

reply will be valuable for my career

to want i have known M.Eng course doesn't need a supervisor , they will be assigning you a supervisor after you are accepted.
you reason for delay might be that you applied too-early. usually universities make decision once they receive all applications for the term.

if you have applies for fall 2016 you got to wait for some more time .

if you applied for summer term just call the university "graduate study dept" they will give you the information.

your profile is good you could look for better university.

it mean , no supervisor need to above universities and also no work experience needed .

so i will wait for their reply , if any links provide i will apply for next intake

if you would like to know what happened to your application just give a call to graduate study in engineering and ask them .
because you have every right to know your result , you are paying the application fees.
just call or email.you can also weight if you have time.
my advise you can email regarding the status , if they reply with in 1 week fine if not just call and ask.

you should probably apply for colleges or you can work for a year in your country and then reapply for universities it will make your profile strong and will increase your study permit chances
