My brother from Montreal is sponsoring our parents. Although their stay will split between QC and ON, I understand since my brother is in QC and he is the sponsor, supervisa medical insurance address has to be QC address. I checked online GMS, Manulife and Sun Life. GMS is reasonable but not authorized for Quebec, other two are expensive. Would appreciate suggestion on providers in Quebec. Thanks!
