My query is how to handle below points in my SOP
1 - My one year gap during study and this was not a gap for preparation or waiting for admission it was due to my poor performance and i had failed in my first year.
2 - How to handle my previous visit to Canada which was a business trip fully sponsored by my previous employeer?
3 - I have 3+ years of experience in IT and i am going again for a study in same field.

Please help guys as this is the only thing that is troubling me so much. :(

hi ,

I think its better for you to apply for master degree not a certificate program . as I saw in this forum , many people visas been rejection because they choose the wrong course . for SOP / study plan , you have to explain why did you chose Canada . also why did you choose this university , and why did you choose this course . you have to show them that you have strong ties to your home country . also you need to show them that you will come back after you finish your study , like prospective job or family .

I hope that will help you
:D :D :D

Hi, I have one year gap between my diploma and degree, could not get the admission so had to wait for one year. Should I mention this on my SOP? How do I mention this on Student Quotionaire Form. Please help.
