NOC 2232 (Mechanical Engineering Technologists and Technicians) is the only NOC which is in the SINP list of Occupation in High Demand 21 NOCs, related to you.

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]One more option, you can apply for Morden Immigration. Your NOC is in their very limited occupation list :-

Thank you for the reply.
isnt SINP OID needs valid express entry profile ? With this details, its not eligible for express entry profile. am I interpreting anything wrong here?
@ Morden : Yes I am considering it. Only concern is the response is unpredictable. nobody knows when and if they response to an application and how much to wait for. but surely no harm in trying. Thanks. +1

HI All,

Can anyone help me ... i have a good friend which is thinking about moving to Canada but have no connection at all.

He is 28 years of age and has done BTech in Mechanical and worked 3 years in a book publishing house ( I know , he didn't pursue job in his field of study )
he has IELTS score of 6 Band each.

Most of the PNP requires a connection and that's the main issue plus in his EE he couldn't score more that 350-360ish ...

Any suggestions for him please let me know..

Thanks in advance.

Better u register in CIC ee pool. You can get 400 plus CRS points and direct get EAPR without any PNP help. You will be in Canada within 6 months.
