Suggest for PGD in Petroleum Engineering from canada.

Hi I have done B.E and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from INDIA. i want to do specialization in Petroleum Engineering. i have SAIT and NAIT an option but they have 2 year diploma courses in Petroleum Engineering. Is it preferable to go for 2 year Petroleum Engineering Diploma after completing Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Please suggest me on this and let me know if there is any PGD in Petroleum Engineering in any Canadian College.

i have completed b.tech in petroleum engineering,now want to do masters in canada on petroleum.i got 5.5 bands in ielts.any universities geting with this score.
