If you want September intake, you need to apply by May 15 as per immigration guidelines to get a decision for september.

Google St. Clair College in Windsor-Ontario, I know they accept IELTS academic with 6.0 overall score, but you need to check the program you are interested in. St Clair college is pretty affordable too.

If you have access to the internet you can do little research about course requirement, fees, course outcome, eligibility requirement. Its a important decision you should do your own research on, and consult for help once you narrow down your choice

I know. I have done much research. I just wanted to know if someone also had same experience with 5.5 band in one module (writing) and got offer letter from a college with similar course.

Even if you get a college admission, you will likely be rejected for study permit due to your low language scores. I'll advise that you consider re-taking your IELTS in the meantime to improve your scores.

i have registered for IELTS again, but the point is that due to covid situation, Exam is continuously postponing in my city because of lockdown.
And now the rule of 15 May came and I could miss my September Intake. So I wanted to secure a seat which can be possible if I get an offer letter so I can proceed my file upto 15 May and further improve IELTS and update the score. Can you now tell which college can offer letter with my current IELTS score in 2 years diploma UG program in civil, mechanical mechanical technician course or computer related program.

Requirements are usually listed in the college website. Suggest you take a look on each college you are interested to apply.

Also, most colleges accept DET during this pandemic times.

You will not get visa with low ielts

I'm not sure if some colleges are still accepting the Duolingo online test (they were last year when I applied). Check if they still are and consider taking this test.
