I have already created my EE profile . I have a bachelors degree and have the below IELTS score

Mr. IELTS (ha ha ha, what a unique name )
1. OINP HCP stream
2. SINP EE sub category. Computer NOCs 2147 (takes min. 1 year to get apegs license ), 2173 and 2175 (CIPS license req. )
3. Nova scotia pnp program. NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B is a without Job offer category there. NOCs 2171, 2174 , 2281 and 2282 are in the list. And these are non regulated here. It will must open any time. Keep an eye

Only these programs are easygoing and without job offer option. Now you have to choose most suitable noc.
