Sufficient funds?

Hey,

I'll be applying for Study permit soon. Ucalgary Bachelors in Astrophysics. 15 Lac Bank Balance. 5 Lac FD. 2.66 Lac GPF (Parents). 22.5 Lac Loan. and Immovable Properties of 1.6 Cr.
So my question is, are these funds sufficient? Tuition is $19,500. 4 year program.
