Sucessfully Linked Application (New Error)

So for anyone going through the linking process, I finally after 102 tries, figured out what was preventing the linking.

So I did

Application Number (Copy Pasted from email)
All Capitals for Name

Passport
I entered the passport number and PUT A SPACE AFTERWARDS
I realized I had entered a GTA location not "Toronto" so I selected the GTA location instead.

It was the space after the passport number that worked!
