Well i went through canam but I dont owe my success to them. Just make sure any consultant you are going through should be cic authorised. No agent is messiah, they can only help with paper work and at the max admission. If your profile is lousy than no agent can do wonders.

This regulatory body is appointed by canadian govt and its not indepedant

They are best. Genuine do not misguide. Clear cut . They dont have too much charges.They charge minimum service charges . U can go with them.They helped me ti get visa there were complications in my case
