Success rate of a student visa after a visit refusal..!

I was planning to study in canada from when i was 17 years old, in the trial,In interest to visit universities,colleges before applying,I applied to canadian visit visa on june,2012 as i have a cousin working in canada,my application was refused, Reasons(insufficient funds,travel history,medical exam). later i applied for a canadian student visa under spp on 12th nov, 2012 and i received a letter from the CHC concerning about the authenticity of my b.tech educational documents on 1st feb,2013. In reply to the receipt of that letter from the embassy i submitted a letter from the university confirming my education,and also attested transcripts from the university to the embassy. i am worried about the chances of getting a Student visa. I'l be thankful If there is someone who can share an advise.

well in my opinion chances look good. look like they take your case serious caz they asked you to prove the authenticity of your certificate. It depends if they are satisfied with your education they will issue you visa. However, on the transcripts are there any backlogs?

Friends, its been 10 working days i submitted the additional documents on the request of the embassy, i still didn't hear from them, my college dead line was 18th jan, i was planning to defer my admission to next intake once i hear from chc, can you guys advise me the reason for delay, should i still expect acceptance of the student visa..?? Plz advise m m

Yes. Still there more possibility for your visa to approved. After you can defer your admission letter and join in next term. I believe you can change your visa extension.

My friend also faced a rejection in Visitor Visa. But on the same year , he got his study permit on first try.This happened in 2012.

So don't worry. You gonna get it.

As per i remember , The rejection reason was ties to home country.
