Hi,
Has anybody who applied for EE from outside Canada found a job through the job bank yet? Just wondering how likely is it to find a job like that!

I am an EE aspirant awaiting my ECA and language test to finish. Planning to create a profile afterwards.
I am a Mechanical Engineer by profession with 8 years experience in the UAE in projects as well as estimation.
Field : Oil&Gas Services mainly painting.

Thanks.

I think job bank is not activated yet even though you registered.

It is mentioned in the CIC website that invitations has been given to express entry candidates already and the lowest score is shown as 735. How can that be possible without getting a job? And it also clearly mentions that candidates from FSWP, FSTP, CEC and PNP are included in the invited set. So that means some have gotten jobs from outside Canada right? Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Well someone who is not having one year or experience or study in Canada will be considered under FSW/FST and such an applicant can get LMIA.

So there are a lot of such applicants who are in Canada but doesn't qualify for CEC.

Hope that answers your question

Yeah. Thanks. But still I hope there will be some among the many who got ITA while they were still outside Canada.

May be but only for FST.

FSW I hardly think so

It's hard to get a job offer and LMIA from outside Canada, but not impossible.
I got it, and some people I know also got it.

It doesn't matter if you believe me....as long as it is real for myself. But I am not the only one that got MR on this forum.
LMIA is time consuming, I got it last year even before EE launched.
I am happy to help you if you have any questions for EE ;D. But I am only familiar with FSW and EE itself, not much about CEC and PNP.

Sounds encouraging. Thanks. But how did you find a job before applying for EE? Also could you please share your NOC?

Thats great! :)
Are you already in canada on PG Work Permit??
I am applying under EE but i dont have any references in Canada to get a job offer.
And JobBank isn't really helpful in getting an employment offer, when you are applying from outside canada :(
Can you please guide me if there is any other way of getting or applying for job from outside canada.
