Subsidiary company in Canada

Hello, my name is Daniel and I'm from Venezuela (I also have the spanish/european citizenship) and I'm interested in establishing a subsidiary company in Canada. I want to know if this is possible and what are the requirements and time needed to do this.

First thing you need to do is get the business visa and then only think to proceed ahead as it is difficult to get easily.
