Submitting Supporting Docoments ...Question??

I have recieved email from ebassy by request of supporting documents as following:
(X) You have applied under NOC 0213 Compuer and Information System Manger on "voluntary basis". (X) You have applied under NOC 0213 Compuer and Information System Manger on "voluntary basis". Please provide us with an explanation and include supporting documents.and include supporting documents.

My question is.....

Do i need to submit all orignal documents with copies or only copies...
At the part" Please provide us with an explanation" .. do i need write all my duties what i did duirng job...on a paper or may i include my Curriculum?

Please help me to submit documents correct way... Supporting documents Supose to be .... Refrance letter from Organization and membership id card... its okay.?

Now i have one idea after reading your post... what documents i should submit, but towards your answer....I dont have a contract copy...as this job was a voluntary base job... yes i do have job refrance letter from Organization and membership ID. I was asking about curriculum, as it contains all details of job and duties... and "rupeshhari" , im sorry.. but part of question is still there.. do i need to submit Orignal documents only.. or Orignal and Copies both.Hope to hve reply from you soon.Thanks again.

If you dont have a contract copy, then you should explain that in your letter. Since you don't have a contract copy, any extra documentation would be good (such as your curriculum). A certified copy of your membership ID is also good to send.

Since your curriculum contains all the job duties of all your previous jobs, in your letter, you should point to the relevant pages for 0213.

Remember, I am no expert, so this is just my opinion or what I would do, but you should see if anyone else would answer. Hope that helps.
The OP is going to need better documentation than the above to prove that he had "volunteer" experience in 0123 The organization is going to have to produce a letter outlining what he managed and exactly what he did and the dates.
