I didn't know if the general thread was the right one so ill copy paste it here too.

Hi to everyone,
I almost gathered every piece of paperwork and document in order to submit my sponsorship/open work permit application.
I have a quick question about a piece of the papers I can submit as valid proof of marriage.
The rental Agreement.
We have a rental agreement but is it valid to submit without both parties signature?
as far as i know sign this paper is not very common especially if the agreement is "month-to-month"
The paper i have it just shows all the terms of the agreement and who are both the tenants and landlord.
Anyone can tell me if is good or i should ask to landlord to make a new one where both parties sign?

I believe signature of both parties are required and will be a strong proof with regards to both of you living together. Make sure that both of your names are on the agreement and signatures from both parties as well as the landord’s. That’s what I did on my end, just an advice :)
