Submitting Passports to VAC. Visa exempt

hi Everyone.

I got my PPR today. Yay!
In the PPR email it says to submit documents to the Visa Application Center.

I'm from a visa exempt country so I follow the guide and I get a little confused.

Do I send the photocopies of my passport bio page, photos and the form to the VAC (for them to submit my photocopies) or do I send everything to my VO which is Sydney, Australia.

Any info would be appreciated

Looks like there is a VAC in Auckland. Send it to them, and they will be the ones to forward your documents to Sydney.
