submitting new proof or relationship after sending application to mississauga

I sent my application oct 12th, i didnt get one of the letters in time to include it with the original application. the letter is from a my employer(i work for the government of canada) saying they were aware of my relationship ever since i started working with them and so on. question is should i send it seperatly to mississauga or is it too late.

you should wait until the sponsorship has been approved and you get AOR from your outside processing centre. This way you will have a B# to match up easily to your file and it won't get lost.

good call but then where would i send it? to mississauga or to Moscow? I am the sponsor by the way

Moscow. What happens is the when it gets to Moscow, they'll send you a letter with barcode stickers to use on the outside of an envelope when mailing it in. This is your Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR). The letter will have the proper address to send it in as well. You must wait until you get this letter because otherwise they won't have your file and won't know where to put it.

i am the sponsor tho. i think they will send the barcodes to the wife in russia no?
reason i ask is my friends(sponsor) sent his honeymoon pictures 2 weeks after sending everything in to mississauga, and when he got approved in romania they sent all the documents back to him and those honeymoon pictures were there aswell
another thing will it help my process if i am a federal govt of canada employee and have a letter from them?
