Submitting more additional documents

Can you advice me on this below request.
I friend of mine is applying for FSWP, he is thinking of submitting his company catalogue which brief all company products, area of business etc. 30 pages max.

Can he put his family group photo as back of the file? Is it advisable?

Lastly: Is submitting more additional documents good or bad.

Dear Fiyaz,

I would suggest only to submit the documents which are mandatory to be required and avoid submitting any additional/ unnecessary documents that may create any ambiguity or miss-communication. Let them ask if they need more information.

Well, it depends what extra information you are providing to them. For instance, aparts from experience letter if you are going to provide them the list of certifications which you might have as added value but may not be align with your NOC or job profile so it may become any issue. However, providing additional information in line with relevant to require documents should not be an issue.

Below is the list of additional documents which has been submitted.

Family Group Photo all applicants only, in total 4 members [Father, Mother, Son & Daughter both infants in arms]
Saudi Residence Proof with English translation.
Tainting Certificate for PMI Testing purely part of JOB.
Lube oil system Testing purely part of JOB..
Salary Certificate was it originally required or comes under additional documents.
Salary pay slips was it originally required or comes under additional documents.
Company appointment and Contract letter was it originally required or comes under additional documents.
I was a student in UK for 2 years, a copy of residence address provided.
I am member of Saudi Council of Engineer and had received a certificate mention we confirm Mr xx is Mechanical Engineer.

No Birth Certificate: Submitted Original affidavit and Pan Card and Indian Driving Licence copy detailing birth DOB.

I was a student in UK for 2 years, a copy of residence address provided....Now here is a thing, in this case I believe you must have filled the same information in your original form where CIC ask to mention the placed you have lived, secondly get start processing or taking information for obtaining PCC from the place in UK you have lived as it will be required by visa office..Till then Just chi;l and enjoy

Its Just a Training Certificate i have received from LUBE OIL manufacturer in India its part of my Job and has been drafted in reference letter.

Salary Certificate is in English Only.

UK for 2 years, a copy of residence address provided - YES the same had been input in travel history, places you live etc.

So the Bottom line is in the applicant submit say around some extra 4-5 documents for better picture will it create any problem.
As per your writing it wont is my understating correct.
