Submitting Indian Passport from outside India after PPR

Hi,

I will likely be temporarily residing in UK by the time I will receive PPR for stamping.
Do i require to come back to India to submit passport and wait till i get it back? Or is it possible to submit passport in UK itself?

you can submit it in the UK. When you get your ppr email, reply to the email and request passport submission in the country you're in.
