Submitting FSW application with ECA receipt

Hi!

I have applied for my ECA and have all other docs ready except for the eca certificate.

So my question is can I submit the form to the immigration with a cover letter saying that only ECA is pending?

As in the form it says all docs should be submitted otherwise it will be treated as incomplete and returned back.

BUT in their help center faq webpage and video they say if you cannot provide all the docs at the time of submission then to just add a cover letter to state the docs missing with its reason.

So if I submit all forms and documents with a cover letter stating ECA is missing and will be supplied when I receive it, is it okay?

I am in the same boat - CES has not sent me my ECA yet. What should I do ? I want to send my application without the ECA but everyone on the forum has said that It will be rejected and my documents returned. Have you sent your docs yet?

Its a gamble. I have a friend in the same position. ECA will not be ready until the 7th of January, 2015. My advice to her was to send in all the documents and a cover letter in the package explaining ECA is missing and as soon as she receives the report she would send it off as a missing document report. I have seen a few 'forumites' who sent off missing documents and they were attached to initial application and I have also seen a few 'forumites' who've done it and was not successful for the same reason. I think it is worth a shot.

Should one try sending FSW 2014 application to CIC without ECA report or not ?

Can we provide ECA report a little later (1-2 months) ?

Without an ECA report your CIC will surely reject your case.

I recently received my ECA report and am confused regarding how to send it to CIC since, considering the high volume of applications, the CIC cannot just attach the ECA report to my application out of thin air, they would need some identification number.

I am in the same situation here. Sent my application and arrived on 31 December 2014, let them to see I waited as much as I could for the ECA report. I included a letter explaining all and committed to send the missing document as soon as available, but after the document arrived I called at CIC adviser and he said that I should wait until I get an official response to confirm receiving my application and then if they allow, to send the missing document. He also said it takes 10 to 12 weeks to get a response, this is the 12 week and I am starting to tremble.
I really put all my hopes in this application, now that the EE system requires to have a work offer or provincial nomination to get an ITA.
Let's keep in touch about this, maybe there are others in this situation, because of the late ECA report.
