I am going to submit my schedule A and PCC tonight over IRCC webform. To attach additional documents do I have to put "please attach additional documents" in the description?

Yes you can. You also have to choose sponsorship for the type of application/enquiry. I could not upload mine using my online application so I mailed it using xpress post instead. Within one week my status changed saying we are conducting your background check. I didn't use web form because many people say it took about 10 days for them to get a reply from cic saying they received their schedule A.
I'm not 100 percent sure if the web form has an actual description section. You should find out from someone else who uploaded theirs using this method.

I filled it out on the computer, then validated it before I print it out. Then I hand signed on the right side next to my electronic name.
Hiii, I’m in dire need of help.
I sent Common Law sponsorship (inland) application by mail tomorrow. Its been delivered to CPC Mississauga. And I just realised today that I didn’t provide hand written signature on form IMM5669 along with typed signature.
I wish to submit IMM5669 with my hand written signature along with typed signature on it.
Isn’t it possible if i upload another copy of Schedule A, with handwritten signature on it)
As my application just got delivered today. And as i have my UCI number i will be upload to document on IRCC webform.
That way when they will open my application file they will already have (schedule a with signature)
And may not return my file.
Hi guys, I need help here. I recently noticed that the officer from the Notary Public Office made a mistake, which wrongly translated my family name in my police certificate. In Chinese, my family name has two spellings: Chen and Shen. I chose Chen to be my official family name on my Passport. But the officer from Notary Public Office translated it to "Shen". I just realized this after almost 6 months! My eligibility is passed and others are in progress. I'm not sure what should I do now? Will I get a refusal? Should I immediately apply for a new certificate and submit through the webform.?? not sure if I still have a chance to fix it
Hi sir, what did you with this problem? I have same situation i missed a signature in the Use of Representative form IMM 5476. I was wondering if you were able to mail the corrected document? Or were you able to upload it in the webform?
