submitting documents 120 day

Hello,

If I am gouing to submit documents in 120 day perion to local office may I enclouce copyes of blanks wich have sent to Sydney or I must fill new fresh copyes?

Do you mean copies of the form? Copies of the forms are okay as long as you did not sign it before you photocopied it. If you did not sign before you photocopy, then you could just sign the bottom and put current date.This is only my opinion.
