Submitting CELPIP Score

The CELPIP testing format and score was changed on April 1, 2014.

If I am submitting the application after April 1, 2014, does that mean I have to submit the new test score? or is my previous testing score acceptable (from January, 2014)?

Your previous test score should be acceptable. Scores are valid for two years regardless of change in format.

Reading - 06
Writing - 08
Speaking - 07

Could anyone please advise if CIC will accept my PR application since I am over or equal to 7 in rest of 3 areas?

No, all scores should be 7 or higher.

I scored 10 in listening an 6 in reading which sounds strange. But since both are computerized does anyone know if revaluation will help?

Also i cannot re-appear to CELPIP within 30 days. Is there anyway to re-appear earlier since i know i can crack it....just was not my day last time.

Re-evaluation most probably will not help, since the reading section is computerized. Unfortunately, the wait period is mandatory. If you are in a rush, look at taking the IELTS.
