Submitted visitor visa application but not get a biometric letter for 2 weeks

Hi all, I submitted my visitor visa and my parent's visitor visa application in Jan 27. My parents get a biometric letter in Jan 28. But until now I dont receive biometric letter. Is it normal to wait for biometric letter for 2 weeks?How can i contact CIC and remind them not forget my application.

So your application was separate from your parents? Should not take that long. Raise a webform.

Applied for my mother...on 12th december 2022....no biometrics...raised webform on January 18th....Waiting from almost a month after raising a webform...is it normal?
