I’m at PGWP now after I graduated from a Canadian institution. I submitted the profile for the Express entry. If my work permit will expire soon while waiting for the ITA, am I eligible to extend it before the expiration? Someone could help me. What must I do?

You are only eligible to extend your work permit after you receive ITA and submit your complete application after receiving ITA.

You are not eligible to extend your work permit while waiting for ITA. If you want to continue working, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can switch to a closed work permit.

Is there any option aside from LMIA?

Generally there isn't.

But hard to say without knowing a lot more about your profile (e.g. country you are from) and also your occupation.

I’m working as a Medical admin assistant. In any case that I haven’t received ITA, do I need to leave the country once my work permit expires?

You can apply to change your status to visitor if you want to remain in Canada. However you will not be able to work and you will no longer have provincial health care coverage. You'll only be able to remain in Canada as a temporary visitor / tourist.

If you want to continue working, then your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

If I applied for that visitor visa, what will happen to the profile I submit? Will it still be in the pool?

Yes, your EE profile will remain in the pool.

The only consequence is that you must stop working as soon as your PGWP expires.

For visitor visa I can stay in Canada for how long?

That will be up to IRCC. Normally they will allow six months, but it's also possible they may give you a shorter period of time. If you want to stay longer than the time you are given, you need to apply for a further extension.

Am I able to apply for a new work permit instead while my profile is in the pool and waiting for the ITA?

How LMIA works? What are the requirements for the employer and the applicant? Are you a Canada visa Services worker?
Employer needs to pay $1000 and prove that no Canadian or PR could be hired. So they need to post the job and show that no one applied. Then wait for the LMIA, then you apply for a closed work permit. Processing can be long.
