Submitted PR application. When do we have to provide IELTS Score report?

Hello Folks

I submitted my PR application after receiving the ITA. The "documents required" section that got generated did not ask for a scanned copy of the IELTS score report.
I checked the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp . Even in this link it is not mentioned that we have to upload score reports post ITA.

Questions:
1. When do they ask for IELTS score report?
2.I am wondering if I had to submit it?
3. I have submitted my application yesterday and got a message with pdf file saying my application was received. I should now just wait and keep tracking the status of my application correct?

You do not have to submit it. They can check your score with the test result number that you've provided.

By Mistake i have submitted wrong IELTS certificate number in PR application and submitted. how to update my IELTS post application submission ?
