I got ITA through STEM draw in Dec 2023. I submitted my application on Dec 29, 2023, and got AOR on same day. It is two months till date, I did not receive Biometrics Instruction Letter yet. Did anyone submit during same period and receive the BIL?

Hey Mukesh. I am exactly in the same situation like you. My wife and I got our AOR after paying the full amount of money. Have you received any updates so far?
Not yet. Looks like it is taking 3-3.5 months from AOR to BIL.
