Submitted PR application October 2019 under AIPP until now 2021 no final result. work permit was expired, employer was not capable of providing documents(Lmia exempt number) so my application for a work permit was refused. Anyone one can give suggestion on this matter.

Apply for a visitor record immediate cos your application will not be finalized if you go out of status for more than 90days and you risk being denied. Apply ASAP if you have not and not more than 90days already

Thanks for the advice. I did apply for visitor visa(restoration status) paid 200CAd(applied online). They received my file march 2021. However, there is no result on my application till now.

Even If I already received an Invitation to Pre Arrival letter last Dec 2020 on my PR application. Is there still risk of being denied.
