Hey everyone,
This is for all of us who received a PPR for our applications, and were instructed to submit our passport via VFS to NDVO. If you have received your PPR from NDVO, you can post here.
Also please feel free to share your timelines here. When did you receive your PPR? When did you submit it? When did you get it back?

I received my PPR on 2 September
I submitted my passport on 8 September
I have not yet received my passport back
I live in New Delhi

Submitting today. @ VFS Bangalore
But my VO is Ottawa
So I donno if m passports will reach Ottawa or Delhi.
Letter says to send to Delhi high commission

I ave not received mine back yet! I called them this morning and they said the NDVO is taking longer now, because they have far too many applications to process, but that there is nothing to worry about.

Submitting today. @ VFS Bangalore

They'll probably go to NDVO, it is illegal to mail a passport out of India, so NDVO will have to sub in for Ottawa.

Submitted VFS Shivaji stadium Metro Station - 2 Sep
Got back - 7 Sep

As 3,4,5 were holidays .

It seems as though everyone who submitted before 7 September got their passports back really quickly. After that, it seems like NDVO are taking quite a bit of time.

I submitted my PP yesterday in Bangalore VFS. I did my medical in Jan (2016).
Do I need to make first entry before that ? Is that correct ? I plan to migrate only next year.

Yes, you will need to make at least a soft landing before then.

Hello Guys.

I have submitted my passport and COPR document on 9th Sept,2016 as there is a minor correction. Since then no update, it is still in processing.
Will correction takes longer time then normal duration??
