submitted passport to CHC ISB how long to return ?

does anyone know how long CHC Islamabad takes to return the passports. its been 3 weeks since we submitted..... Med. is expiring on the 28 JAN 2013......plz plz comment ..would be great help.

just a quick question does CHC ISB uses TCS as carrier or someother cuz we sent PP thru TCS and they said

no need to pay advance to collect the PP , it can come as COD...is it true ? i mean thats the way it should be ? ..plz plz comment

Yes I guess you shouldn't have any problem.Most people send prepaid envelope I guess embassy asks them otherwise COD system also works.
In spousal cases so many people are getting PPR letters through COD,so no worries.
By the way you know me from other site ,right?

What I know from other forums e .mail will not work because they won't answer.Your best bet is to do a MP enquiry and you will get the recent status of application.Do it as soon as possible.

you don't have to do anything. they return passport in 4 weeks. So you better wait for one more week.

For all those awaiting for their passports to be returned. Not sure if this is accurate as this was found on a website that hasn't been updated since 2010 but it gives everyone some sort of a timeline.


Q- I submitted my passport to Islamabad. How long before I receive my passport back from CHC Islamabad?

A- Anywhere within 15days to 1 month but can also take a 6 months or more in rare or complicated cases.
