Submitted passport but waiting for visa from last 2 months in PNP Programme

I have submitted my passport to banglore on november end but still I didn't get any updates from cic. how much time takes to get visa. I have applied in PNP paper based.

2months! That's abnormal.Pls look for their email and phone number.Send them mail and call.Let them understand you need your passport for something urgent.The acceptable period is 15days.where's your VO?

It's Canada Consulate General, Banglore and it's paper based application so no tracking available.

I have been already written him 1 month ago. There response time is 45 days.
