Congrats to everyone who's got the visa!! I am so restless waiting for my passport, it is still under processing even though I applied exactly 22 days ago! Who else have not had their passports back within the processing times??

I'm about to complete a month since I applied for visa under SPP. Do you guys think I should send an email to CHC Delhi?? But I guess they won't reply. Totally confused.

so we here in the list, atleast got good news at end of tuesday after a dry monday.

Very happy to hear, congrats again buddy.

@vishal- send them email, because one month is more than enough time under SPP.
Send them mail, they even take a week to reply
to mails.

I have a request to all members in this thread who got VISA. Please keep updating your status even after reaching CANADA. Ie.. about college, course, stay, part/full time jobs, internships, further visa PGWP applications etc... So that it would be helpful for others.

agree 100% with ajith.

Getting visa is one stage and getting properly settled down is another one hard stage.

And posting about this, will be helpful to all.

I'll keep posting in coming months, also this is way to stay in touch with you buddies, who are in same boat.

By the way, i am flying from amritsar on 27th .

I applied under University category at CHC Delhi on 16th July. I am going to study MSc Management at Lakehead University in Ontario. I thought the reason why it is taking time because I already have a master's degree from UK so there must be a delay in verifying all the documents. But, I can see that worldmariner also had the similar case and he's already got his visa even though he applied after me. So, now I am worried and restless and frustrated. I need to reach Canada by 31st Aug!

I applied under SPP and got refused stating reasons:
1) purpose of visit (common)
2) have not satisfied with academics that you possess sufficient abilities to succeed in this chosen program.

what should I do now? I've got 51% in 12th grade and 60% in 10th......course was diploma in accounting...and my marks in accounting are 46 which is highest of all the main subjects....I'm planning to apply under general category for the same course....shall I explain through SOP?
Ielts score is 6.5 with 6 in each module.....please reply friends....
