Submitted my express entry profile but doesn't know whether eligible for SINP program

Please help me with the above query, don't know whether I need to again submit my profile in the SINP program or will it be taken from the express entry pool.

With SINP you need to submit a separate EOI on their website.

Thanks, Amit. Can you please tell me if I need to create a new user id over the SINP site or the one with Express Entry would work? Also, how do I know whether I am eligible or not?
