Submitted my Application on Nov 9th.. Still in Processing

Hii.. I submitted my application on November 9th but the status is still in processing..

My Profile:
Got Admission letter from Lambton College for Two Years PG Course Information Technology and Web Design
10th (2005)- 80.03%
12th -(2005-2007) 74.5 %
B.tech (IT) -(2007-2011) 61.2 % (With 8 Backlogs completed intime)
From 2011 December working as a Network Engineer in a MNC
IELTS - 6.5 ( With not less than 6 in each module)
1 st year Tution Fee paid
Docs Submitted: Bank Loan 15 Laks,Last 3 months Payslips,Experience Letter,SOP,Fathers IT R's,Fathers Property Evaluation Certificate of 65 Laks.

What are the chances of getting Visa.. I heard that most of them are getting reply with in 4 days..??
But why it is getting late in mycase..

I submitted on 5th and got on 15th
10 days and my application was so easy one - I applied for phd after my master's from UK.

Visa processing can take anywhere between 4 days to 18 days. (In India for students)
