Hey guys,

So I've finally created and submitted my file. My aim was for CEC because i do have ONE year of canadian experience and I figured it may be faster than FSW.

Soon after i submitted, it show me that i have NOT met CEC but met for FSW.

Im a little confused now, does anyone know whats up?

Job Offer........

Can you state the dates of your Canadian employment, hours worked per week and the NOC?

Is this a self-employed position?

im wondering if it has anything to do with selecting the option "all provinces" and provided that i have funds when coming to canada, could it be?

No, selecting all provinces and stating the funds you'll bring is irrelevant.

The issue is that you do not meet the eligibility requirement from CEC of "at least 12 months of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last three years" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

Your valid work experience within the last three years is only from August 2014 to April 2015 which amounts to less than a year of skilled work experience.

No. To meet the eligibility requirement of CEC you can only count work experience from the past 3 years.

Anything before August 2014 (your work experience from April 2014 to July 2014) cannot be used anymore to meet the eligibility requirement anymore.

Bottom line, you do not qualify for CEC and will not qualify unless you find another skilled position and get more work experience to meet the program requirements.

It doesn't matter though. For my case, FSWO is faster than CEC. I'm CEC and still stuck but the FSWO already got their PRR a month back
