submitted fake diploma certificate..what to do now

AS I SAID BEFORE THIS IS PRIVATE INSTITUTE WHICH IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY AICTE OR UGC OR ANY INDIAN UNIVERSITY LIKE POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA FROM BLA BLA UNIVERSITY..MOREOVER THIS INSTITUTE HAS ONLY ONE BRANCH HERE IN MY CITY..AND FOR YOU KIND INFORMATION I DID NOT WANT TO PUT THIS CERTIFICATE..ITS FU***G AGENT WHO TOLD ME PUT ONE YEAR DIPLOMA TO FILL UP ONE YEAR GAP..AND I WAS SO STUPID I DID THE SAME AS HE WANTED...BUT MY QUESTION REMAINS UNANSWERED
HOW DOES EMBASSY VERIFY THAT THIS IS FAKE CERTIFICATE..THEY CAN JUST CALL INSTITUTE AND ASK ABOUT IT...IS NOT IT?

The agent only told you to put the certificate...its YOU who put it there. So dont blame the agent. Take responsibility for your actions. Its not everybody's fault that you did something wrong.

Now I had given you 2 options earlier. You still seem to be interested in the same point..........how will they find out its fake?...............NOBODY knows the answer to this question. That seems to tell me that you dont want to thank your lucky stars that you were not caught and banned but still want to use that option. Thats your prerogative.

Dont worry you can alternatively start with a clean slate if you dont want to get into the hassle of all the above. Since you already made arrangements for fake degree I am sure you can also get **spam**, use a different name to be on the safe side. (for example Tinku_Toy) and then you'll get new UCI number, new file number, etc. They will definitely verify and they are quite good at spotting fake from real. Now if you are lucky you might have an IO who is not that smart and might not be able to spot the difference but thats a chance you have to take yaar. They will definately check but not sure how. So relax and go ahead and apply dont worry about minor details. If you are caught get a new passport, new degree and new name and apply again.

well I'll be practical here and suggest what I'd do if I were in your place : I'd re-submit the fake doc again when and if I apply again because they already have it in their records. Regarding the embassy verifying the face doc... its highly unlikely the embassy agent will visit the place to check the authenticity of the doc. If they do decide to verify ...i think it will be most likely through a phone call. I know people who have filled the gap through fake docs and they have got their visas. however their other components of application were genuine and above average. But most people use a fake experience letter to fill the gap as opposed to you using a fake diploma.

Let me try and make you understand it in a different way.

Suppose I tell you to steal from your neighbour's house. I insist that you should steal from your neighbour's house and, you do go and steal. Though I am responsible for advising you to steal but, it was you who did the crime. Since you are 18+, you cannot give the "he told me to steal" as an excuse to not be punished.

The same thing applies here. Yes, the agent told you to do something wrong but you had the option to not do it. You CHOSE to do this. You are as much, if not more, responsible for the misrepresentation.

Thats why I one of my options were to not even apply to Canada and, look at a different country. But when you apply there, amke sure that you DO NOT submit any fake documentation. Otherwise it could be the same situation all over again.

I think you should just submit that evidence to the embassy right away, tell them that you have applied with a fake certificate because he told you so, and apologize to them and promise that you will never do anything like that again. Then you should go get a REAL degree (if you need one), apply for the university again (also do come clean to the university and inform them that your conscience cannot let you begin your studies now since the certificate was fake). If you are completely honest from now on and apologize to both the university and the CHC, they just might appreciate your honesty and let you into the country later.

I am trying my best to convince you not to lie and cheat. You dont like my response because it doesnt fit in your agenda. There is no "different opinion" here. You should not be submitting fake documents....PERIOD. It is not like under some circumstances its okay to submit them and under others its not. Its wrong to do it....whatever the circumstances. Whoever is telling you that its okay to submit fake documents is not giving you the right advice.

You dont have to take my advice and frankly, we are not related so all I can do is tell you not to do it. The decision is yours. The consequences will also be yours and yours alone.
