I completely meet with FSWP requirements and I submitted Express Entry twice but each time was ineligible.
I had checked very carefully before I submitted my profile.
Is there anyone who got ineligible first time but eligible second time and what part you updated? Please Could anyone advise?

Bachelor got WES ECA
My primary NOC job was only more than one year. and extra several work experiences with only a few months, these cannot be calculated? If so, I hate CIC's potential rules.

yes, I am qualified for 67. I know CIC requirements, too. I don't know what the problem is. That's why I hope someone could advise

Actually no, You need at least CLB 7 (6.0 in each IELTS section) to qualify.
