Guys,

I have a serious concern!!!

I appeared for IELTS Test on 05th March 2016 and got results on 17th March 2016. I assumed that the ielts validity is 2 years from date of results and not from date of exam which is other way around.

Now, on the basis of assumption that my ielts would be expiring on 16th March 2018, I submitted my eAPR on 7th March 2018. After some blogs and from whats app group i came to know that my ielts validity is 2 years from date of exam i.e 04th March 2018 and discovered that I submitted my eAPR with expired ielts results.
I have a ielts result which expires in May 2019 as well. Now I have following questions and choices to move further in which I seek expert advices !!!!

1. Will be eAPR be rejected by CIC and refunded ?
2. Will CIC refuse my application as incomplete and refund the fees ?
3. Will they send request for additional document for updated ielts results ?
4. Is there any way that I can update the new ielts results now ?
5. Will wait for CIC to reject my application so that I can prepare new EE profile and transfer my Ontario Nomination to new EE Profile ?
6. Shall I withdraw my application and re apply with new EE profile by transferring Ontario Nomination to new EE Profile ?

Guys, Please help on this !!!!

Raise a CSE, I think, if the new IELTS score is not impacting your CRS, they would most probably allow you to update IELTS TRF, otherwise it seems that you would have to withdraw/cancel this application and file a new one.

Thanks Ankie for your advice.

If i withdraw my application , would Ontario be able to transfer my nomination to new EE profile that I will prepare .

Hi, what happened to your application? did you have to resubmit after redoing the IELTS?
